“I usually prefer newly built hotels with a modern atmosphere, but my experience at MO Bangkok left me with impressions that went beyond just a stay. The friendly guidance and service from the concierge and front desk, which were akin to butler service, were particularly impressive. It was also perfect that the front desk arranged a shuttle boat to Icon Siam and a shuttle to Sathorn immediately after check-out, allowing for convenient transportation. Since I usually like Thai silk and the Jim Thompson brand, I booked a Panoramic Room decorated in that style; the atmosphere was wonderful, and the views from each corner were especially beautiful. From the balcony, I even zoomed in on my phone to watch the Icon Siam fountain show. Thank you also for the welcome flowers, drinks, and the small birthday event. They were so pretty, but since I couldn't take the real flowers home, I took some nice photos instead. Even though I had to brave the heat, breakfast by the Chao Phraya River was romantic and delicious. My 10-year-old daughter especially loved the sausages and the radiant blue butterfly flower tea. I understand the hotel's eco-friendly policies, but my only minor regret was that it would have been nice if there were a few bottles of water available in small plastic or paper cartons to carry around during my trip. Next time, I would like to stay longer to use the swimming pool and spa. Thank you.”

“호텔의 친절함이나 룸컨디션, 수영장 컨디션도 매우 좋았습니다. 교통이나, 주변 환경이 불편 하기는 했으나, 호텔 셔틀이나, 호텔 내에서 해결하는 경우 큰 문제가 되지는 않았습니다. 호캉스로 1~2일 즐기기에는 최상인것 같네요.”

“객실도 훌륭하고 조식도 매우 맛있었습니다. 위치도 방콕 시내에 위치해서 매우 훌륭합니다. 모든 것이 좋았지만 저희가 체크인 하는 날에 호텔에서 행사를 하고 있었고 그 이유에서 몇몇 직원들이 매우 바빠보였습니다. 그 이유에서 체크인이 늦어지는 것과 객실에 대한 안내를 제대로 받지 못했습니다.”

“7층에 있었는데 뷰가 너무 별로였습니다. 13층 이상이 좋습니다. 수압은 괜찮은 편이지만 들쭉날쭉합니다. 청결하고 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 조식은 그냥 그렇습니다. 위치가 좋습니다. 전철역, 쇼핑몰 직결, 그랩도 잘 잡힙니다. 출장으로 와서 잘 쉬고 갑니다.”

“너무 좋았어요! 일하는 모든 직원들에게서 직업의식이 느껴졌고 다들 친절하고 상냥했습니다. 호텔 자체도 정말 깨끗했고 클럽룸은 화장실이 굉장히 크고 넓었어요! 거의 방 절반이었어요(변기 욕조 샤워부스 다 따로였고 샤워부스 투명해요 짐 놓는 공간도 넓음) 애프터눈 타임(티중에 수코타이 시그니처 티 있는데 너무너무 맛있으니 드셔보세요)도 좋았고 칵테일타임도 좋았고 조식도 굉장했어요! 호텔 자체의 디자인이 태국느낌이라 너무 좋아요 진짜 태국의 신라호텔 이라는 별명이 찰떡인듯! 암튼 너무 만족스러웠습니다 ㅎㅎ 다음엔 3박정도 해보고 싶어요 가격이 ㅎㄷㄷ 하지만 만족입니다! ”
