“This hotel is a landmark in downtown and located in a relatively safe area. So I always stay here when I have to use a hotel in downtown and I’ve been always satisfied. Especially this time, I received great help from Manny Ayala at the concierge. I needed to print an important document urgently, and Manny was happy to help me, allowing me to carry out my work smoothly. If I visit downtown LA again, I plan to stay at this hotel again. ”

“It was a truly perfect stay! TY was incredibly helpful and kind. If I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again. It's relatively new, so it was clean and spacious, which was nice. The food service for lunch, dinner, and breakfast was excellent, and the gym and spa facilities were all excellent.:) There's also a shopping mall right in front, so it was convenient to be able to walk there. I highly recommend it!!”

“It was okay but not as nice as I had expected. I stayed at the JW Marriott LA Live before and it was very nice but much cheaper. I thought Ritz Carlton should be better but the service was not really nice. They weren't mean but they weren't really nice either. And at 12:30 after midnight, false alarm came and we all had to go downstairs by taking the stairs. They didn't even apologize or anything. That was awful that night. It was such a sudden threat while sleeping. Overall, I wouldn't stay there again.”
