“Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The decore and the amenities are superb. We visit 5 star hotels across Europe, Asia, and America, and this is arguably one of the most beautiful hotel. With that said, I’ve seen better club lounges before. However, the staff needs an improvement. Don’t get me wrong, everyone is extra kind and nice and helpful. But there is a significant lack of efforts for explaining the property and services. We were not given any information for the onsen, gym, pool, spa, and the fantastically beautiful restaurant that was on the other side of the building. We only stumbled upon it on our last day after checking out. We also had to discover the onsen through the TV guide. We wondered whether this was because we only speak English and the facility was still working on the English manual, but I ran into Japanese guests who had trouble finding the onsen door so I ended up helping them through body language. I’ve had better information access from 3 star hostels in Europe, which is a shame bc the hotel has so much to offer. ”

“오래된 호텔이지만 관리가 완벽하게 되어있음. 직원들의 교육도 완벽했으며 룸 컨디션도 흠 잡을 곳 없었음 단점으로는 조식은 너무 낮은 퀄리티에 종류도 적었음 그리고 헬스장의 위치 및 안내가 제대로 이뤄지지않아 이용을 못함”

“위치, 교통편, 주변 쇼핑몰 및 맛집이 많아서 좋았고 객실은 전부 높은층에 위치해 있어 뷰가 좋았음. 객실 침대, 침구가 아주 좋았고 욕실 샤워 물세기도 좋았음. 직원들의 응대 및 서비스도 훌륭. 아주 편하게 쉬고왔음.”

“아침식사는 잘 안하지만 보통 이상은 되는것 같아요. 여자 대중탕에 화장대 의자는 교체해야 할것 같아요. 그거 하나가 딱 걸리네요. ”

“위치는 역 바로 옆 건물이라서 편리했고 객실도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절했어요 세탁시설도 있고 제빙기,전자레인지도 있어서 긴 여행에 이용하기에 좋을것같아요 아침식사는 가격대비해서 먹을게 별로 없어요”
