“Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The decore and the amenities are superb. We visit 5 star hotels across Europe, Asia, and America, and this is arguably one of the most beautiful hotel. With that said, I’ve seen better club lounges before. However, the staff needs an improvement. Don’t get me wrong, everyone is extra kind and nice and helpful. But there is a significant lack of efforts for explaining the property and services. We were not given any information for the onsen, gym, pool, spa, and the fantastically beautiful restaurant that was on the other side of the building. We only stumbled upon it on our last day after checking out. We also had to discover the onsen through the TV guide. We wondered whether this was because we only speak English and the facility was still working on the English manual, but I ran into Japanese guests who had trouble finding the onsen door so I ended up helping them through body language. I’ve had better information access from 3 star hostels in Europe, which is a shame bc the hotel has so much to offer. ”

“위치, 교통편, 주변 쇼핑몰 및 맛집이 많아서 좋았고 객실은 전부 높은층에 위치해 있어 뷰가 좋았음. 객실 침대, 침구가 아주 좋았고 욕실 샤워 물세기도 좋았음. 직원들의 응대 및 서비스도 훌륭. 아주 편하게 쉬고왔음.”
